The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join a high-performing, people-first business during a period of strong growth. Off the back of a successful year and continued investment across the business, this role will be instrumental in driving performance, developing talent, and scaling capability across a 360 sales environment.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused L&D role where you’ll work closely with leadership and high-performing consultants to deliver measurable improvements in performance and revenue.
LHI Group
LHi Group is a global recruitment business with a strong presence across the UK, Europe, and the US, operating from nine offices including key hubs in New York, LA, Miami, and Austin.
Across our US platform alone, we have built a team of over 170 consultants, each specialising in their own markets and delivering tailored, high-impact hiring solutions.
Our model is built around specialist brands, deep market knowledge, and a collaborative culture, giving us the ability to scale quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
We’re not a startup, but we’re not a corporate giant either which means there’s still real opportunity to build, grow, and make an impact within the business.
New York Office
New York is the largest of our four US offices, we have an entire floor, in the heart of FiDi (Financial District) Manhattan, around the corner from Fulton Street Station, which is perfectly positioned for commuters from Brooklyn, Jersey and Manhattan. The office is surrounded by all the amenities you could need and boasts enviable views of Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade to name a few.
Austin Office
After several years in co-working spaces, we’d outgrown 5 office spaces and now established ourselves just off Congress Ave. Right in the heart of downtown, you’re never too far away from good food spots and lively bars!
