$80k–$100k base + uncapped commission + Bonuses

The Role
The 360 Recruitment Consultant will own and scale a niche tech market, building client relationships, delivering top-tier talent, and driving revenue through a modern, inbound-led recruitment model.

You Will Need
– 3+ years of 360 agency recruitment experience
– Proven business development / new client wins
– Track record as a top performer / biller
– Interest in tech markets (Rust experience not required)
– Confidence in building a personal brand and market presence
