As part of the elite LA leadership team, this role will be leading a team of 4 high performing recruiters, ranged from senior individual contributors that are currently tracking at $28k PPH. With mentorship from the brand leader (who is co-leading the NYC brand currently) & COO, who from a graduate, built the LA office & now leads this great group operationally, this a perfect opportunity for someone looking to step, relocate or sharpen their leadership skills.

Could you be our next US leader?
- Strategic leadership develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for the LA office in line with company goals.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share in the technology recruitment sector.
- Build and enhance the Lawrence Harvey brand reputation in the U.S. market.
- Team management & development lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruitment consultants and managers.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and results. Recruit and onboard top talent to grow the team.
- Sales & revenue growth through business development efforts to build strong client relationships with technology companies.
- Oversee sales targets, KPIs, and team performance to ensure revenue growth.
- Build strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong partnerships with existing ones.
- Development of accounts
- Market expertise stay ahead of trends in technology recruitment, identifying growth areas and market demands.
- Serve as a thought leader for the brand, promoting colleagues to represent Lawrence Harvey at events, conferences, and in public forums.
- Operational excellence collaborate with other global offices to align business operations and share best practices.
- Continue promotion of cross functional collaboration - through Life Sciences, Clean Energy & Built Environment industries.
What We're Looking For?
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in staffing, ideally in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of growing and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong business development and client acquisition background.
- Management of Managers essential. Skills: Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute actionable plans.
- Expertise in U.S. recruitment market dynamics, particularly within the technology sector.
- Attributes: Results-driven with a passion for building relationships and driving growth.
- Collaborative and inspiring team player.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, competitive environments.
