The opportunity:
This is the opportunity to join as an Associate Recruitment Consultant with LHi Group in our New York team!
Tailored training academy. Our bespoke training course “Ignition” consists of a 12-week program where you will be taken through the different stages of recruitment, developing your sales skills and market knowledge. Taking place both in the classroom and on desk, you will be assisted through all aspects of recruitment; from sourcing candidates and understanding a qualification call to effective business development.
The dedicated L&D team make sure throughout the programme that you are comfortable with every stage of recruitment and able to confidently negotiate, build your business, and manage the recruitment process.
From day 1 and throughout your career, you will be mentored by your manager, who will teach you the market to ensure you become a specialist.
What the role includes:
- You are a consultant to a client and candidate, managing expectations and guiding them through an interview process
- Responsible for finding new clients to work with and sourcing possible candidates for those clients and potential roles you win. Either over the phone or face to face
- Business Development: Create and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Market mapping to identify and partner with new businesses and candidates within your market
- Lead generation

- Competitive base salary starting at $50,000 (negotiable depending on experience) with uncapped, no threshold commission and a guarantee of $10,000
