Contract Recruitment Consultant - Technology
LHi Berlin is looking for new 'good humans' once again!
Since opening our 2nd german
office in Berlin two years ago we have grown sustainably from one to eleven
consultants in our team and have been exceeding every expectations and breaking
records within LHi. We have no intention of slowing down yet and with moving
into a bigger space in 2023 we now ready to bring on another Individual to grow
our business in Germany with Lawrence Harvey.
We are currently looking for individuals who are up for a new challenge and interested in joining an established business at an early office stage, meaning you get all the advantages of joining a "start up" but all the benefits of being in an established business!
The Role:
- Being a market expert; work in one of our niche areas and consult clients and candidates on hiring trends
- Being the middle person between clients and candidates, managing the introduction, interview, closing, offering and onboarding processes
- Business Development into new and existing accounts to win client engagement, negotiate and sign favourable fee agreements, by generating leads and cold calling
- Travel to visit clients across Germany, the UK and Europe and build relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and requirements for opportunistic business
- Prove expert market-related recruitment advice and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Approach and source potential candidates relevant to your market to qualify them
- Post adverts using numerous job boards available to you
- Owning your desk and being able to consult your clients/candidates on their hiring/job-hunting needs
Who We Look For:
- Prior experience managing the full-lifecycle 360° recruitment process (incl. Business Development) required
- Proven track record of success building a recruitment desk, ideally in contracts and/or within the tech market
- A desire for in-office presence with management/leadership aspirations
- A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and create new opportunities alongside our global top billing leadership team
- Proven track-record of success in opening up a new market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Native or Bilingual level German is desirable for the success of this role
